You need to apply yourself diligently in a substantial period of time before the test to give yourself the best possible chance as well. As this is your responsibility, the outcome of the test is just as much down to you as it is to us, and, therefore, since the work has been provided in good faith knowing this, any refunds are not possible. However, you feedback is important to us so that we improve our service as much as possible, and you should feel free to let us know the value of our assistance to you.
